Description

Effortlessly create nostalgic Salisbury steaks using a slow cooker, delivering rich flavors and minimal fuss.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or Ground Turkey)
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with the onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1-inch thick.
  3. Arrange the patties in the slow cooker, avoiding stacking.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and brown gravy until smooth, then pour over the patties.
  5. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Browning patties before slow cooking adds depth of flavor. Experiment with seasonings to suit your taste.
