Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (or Ground Turkey)
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 tbsp Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with the onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about 1-inch thick.
- Arrange the patties in the slow cooker, avoiding stacking.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and brown gravy until smooth, then pour over the patties.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
