Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Oil for the skillet
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour (optional for sauce thickening)
Instructions

- Scoop about two tablespoons of mixture per meatball and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs until browned on all sides (8-10 minutes), then transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, whisk in flour until golden brown (about 2 minutes). Gradually add beef broth and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in sour cream until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Return meatballs to skillet and simmer on low for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. For a smoother sauce, blend the broth and sour cream mixture.
