Description
Tender sirloin steak bites simmered with garlic and herbs in a crock pot for a rich, comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the steak mixture to the skillet, cooking until the steak is browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
- Transfer the steak mixture to a crock pot. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking to allow the flavors to settle before serving.
