Description

Tender sirloin steak bites simmered with garlic and herbs in a crock pot for a rich, comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the steak mixture to the skillet, cooking until the steak is browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Transfer the steak mixture to a crock pot. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking to allow the flavors to settle before serving.
