Description

A simple yet flavorful dish of sautéed zucchini, mushrooms, and onions, perfect as a side for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or dried if unavailable)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms, and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the garlic and thyme, and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the zucchini and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
