  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds (900 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks


Instructions
