Delicious rosemary garlic focaccia muffins that are soft, fluffy, and perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, mixing to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, rosemary, and garlic.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into muffin tin compartments. Top each muffin with the rosemary garlic mixture and flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
