Description

Delicious rosemary garlic focaccia muffins that are soft, fluffy, and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, mixing to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, rosemary, and garlic.
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into muffin tin compartments. Top each muffin with the rosemary garlic mixture and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Experiment with different herbs or add cheese for variation.
