Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring roasted mushrooms enhanced with garlic, soy sauce, and honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
  4. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden, stirring halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Choose mushroom varieties such as cremini or shiitake for deeper flavor. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for optimal roasting.
