Description

A quick and flavorful beef stir fry featuring tender beef, colorful vegetables, and a savory sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef steak against the grain. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch, then add the beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the beef in a single layer and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For best results, have all ingredients prepped before starting to cook. Adjust flavors with additional soy sauce or sesame oil based on preference.
