Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken in the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. In the last few minutes, add vegetables to the pan to steam.
