Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken thighs
- 2 Carrots (chopped)
- 2 Celery stalks (chopped)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 6 cups Chicken broth

- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Thyme
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken thighs, chopped carrots, celery, onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, bay leaves, and thyme.
