Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken thighs
  • 2 Carrots (chopped)
  • 2 Celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Thyme


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken thighs, chopped carrots, celery, onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, bay leaves, and thyme.
