A cozy and simple variation of goulash that brings together ground beef, vegetables, and spices for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles or rice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until caramelized, then drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until the onion is tender and fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped bell pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes; add paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook the egg noodles or rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the goulash over the noodles or rice, and garnish with chopped parsley.
