Description

A cozy and simple variation of goulash that brings together ground beef, vegetables, and spices for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups egg noodles or rice
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until caramelized, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until the onion is tender and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped bell pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes; add paprika and season with salt and pepper.
