Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup protein frosting (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla protein powder until a dough forms.
- If using, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt or your choice of spread, and sprinkle more cinnamon if desired.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle the protein frosting over the rolls and serve warm.
Notes
