Description

A healthy and indulgent dessert made with Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and fresh bananas.


Ingredients

  • 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
  • 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, 14g, crushed)
  • 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Gradually add almond milk, a little at a time, until you reach a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Prepare layering ingredients: crush the vanilla wafers and slice the bananas to incorporate fresh fruit and texture.
  4. Assemble in a jar, starting with a layer of pudding, followed by crushed vanilla wafers, then banana slices. Repeat for two layers of each.
  5. Chill the assembled pudding jar for at least 15-30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Notes
