Description

Delightful mini cupcakes adorned with pink buttercream and sugared pearls, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Buttercream frosting (pink colored)
  • Sugared pearls for decoration


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with mini cupcake liners.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
