Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
