Description

A comforting potato dish featuring hearty vegetables and savory sausage, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and sausage to the pot, cooking until the sausage begins to brown.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer until the vegetables are tender.
