Description

Delicious chicken wings marinated in a sweet and savory blend of pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then toss them in the marinade.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. Brush with extra marinade during the last 5 minutes of baking for a sticky glaze.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
