Delicious chicken wings marinated in a sweet and savory blend of pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then toss them in the marinade.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Brush with extra marinade during the last 5 minutes of baking for a sticky glaze.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
