- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the drained pineapple and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
