Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken (breasts, thighs, or drumsticks)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
  • Assorted vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, or carrots)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and surround it with chopped vegetables.
  6. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the vegetables.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes
