Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken (breasts, thighs, or drumsticks)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
- Assorted vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, or carrots)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly in the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and surround it with chopped vegetables.
- Drizzle any remaining marinade over the vegetables.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes
For a crispier skin, consider finishing under the broiler for a minute or two. Marinating the chicken for longer can enhance flavor.
