Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cottage cheese, water, and salt to form a dough.
