A delightful snack made of melted cheese and crispy pepperoni, perfect for movie nights and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 40-50 slices of pepperoni (approximately 4 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Combine the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture, and toss to combine. If desired, add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Cut large pepperoni slices in half to create smaller pieces.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a small space between each slice.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over each pepperoni slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown, and the pepperoni is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. Reheat in a toaster oven or air fryer to restore crispness.

Use freshly shredded cheese for best results and keep an eye on the crisps while baking to prevent burning.
