Description

A delicious and nutritious snack that combines creamy Greek yogurt, rich peanut butter, and dark chocolate for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 8 oz of dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Flaky sea salt for topping


Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
  2. Portion the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the yogurt bites for at least 120 minutes or until completely firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage.
  6. Sprinkle each chocolate-coated bite with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Freeze for another 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Notes
