Ingredients
- 2 small flatbreads
- 3 tablespoon (45 ml) s olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) pepper
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) crumbled goat cheese
- 3 medium yellow peaches, cut into thin slices
- 6 slices beef bacon
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) baby arugula
- 3 tablespoon (45 ml) s balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F to preheat.
- Apply olive oil to the surface of each flatbread, then season with salt and pepper.
- Distribute the goat cheese evenly across the flatbreads, leaving a half-inch border for the crust.
- Arrange the peach slices uniformly over the flatbreads.
- Break the beef bacon into smaller pieces and sprinkle them on top of the flatbreads.
- Position the flatbreads on a large baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust turns a golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
