Description

Indulge in the ultimate sweet treat with our Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls recipe! Learn how to make these decadent delights that will satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

  • – One package of Cinnamon Rolls (5 rolls)
  • – 1/2 cup (120ml) of heavy cream
  • – 2 tablespoons (30ml) of cream cheese (optional, softened to room temperature)
  • – 10 chocolate sandwich cookies crumbled (additional crumbles for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Setting Up the Oven and Ingredients: Start by setting your oven to 350°F (177°C) to preheat. Open the package of cinnamon rolls, keeping the icing aside for later.
  2. Preparing the Cinnamon Rolls: Lay a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface and carefully unwind the cinnamon rolls into long strips, ensuring the cinnamon side is up.
  3. Adding Oreo Crumbles: Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies evenly over the cinnamon layer of each strip.
  4. Rolling the Cinnamon Rolls: Carefully roll the strips back up, taking care to keep the Oreo pieces inside the dough.
  5. Placing in Baking Dish: Arrange the rolled-up cinnamon rolls in an 8- or 9-inch baking dish, ensuring they are close but not too packed, allowing them room to expand.
  6. Pouring Heavy Cream: Evenly pour the heavy cream over and around the rolls in the dish.
  7. Baking: Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top.
  8. Making the Icing: While the rolls are in the oven, mix the reserved icing with the softened cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
  9. Finishing Touch and Serving: Once out of the oven, immediately spread the cream cheese icing over the warm rolls, sprinkle extra Oreo crumbles on top, and serve while still warm.

Notes

  • Consider adding softened cream cheese to the icing for a creamier texture and richer flavor.
  • Press Oreo crumbles into the cinnamon layer before rolling to prevent them from falling out.
  • Evenly distribute heavy cream over rolls before baking for a moist and decadent result.
