Description

A comforting and creamy one-pot pasta dish with a spicy kick, perfect for gathering friends and family around the table.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir to coat the chicken.
  4. Add the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a milder dish, use less buffalo sauce or experiment with different cheeses.
