Ingredients

- Brown rice
- Broccoli

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add brown rice and stir to coat.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked (about 30-40 minutes).
