Wholesome no-bake protein balls made with oats, nut butter, and protein powder, perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract. If using, add in the chocolate chips and ground flaxseed.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy your healthy snack!
Notes
Keep the mixture slightly sticky for easy rolling. Adjust consistency with more nut butter or oats if necessary. Double the batch for more snacks.
