Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and any other vegetables you are using.
- Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
