Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic, cooking until mushrooms are tender and golden.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
