Description

A cozy bowl of Moroccan chickpea soup filled with hearty chickpeas and aromatic spices, perfect for warming the soul.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions
