Ingredients
- 2 cups cookie dough (480 ml)
- 6 oz (170 g) melted chocolate (reserve 1 oz. or less for the cake pops skewers)
- Colored icing sugar or liquid edible paint, for decoration
Instructions
- Form the cookie dough into 7-8 spherical shapes.
- Heat the chocolate until it melts.
- Dip the tip of a skewer into the liquid chocolate and push it into a dough sphere.
- Chill the spheres in the freezer for a quarter of an hour.
- Take the dough spheres out and cover them with the melted chocolate.
- To keep them upright, set them in a glass or a piece of dense Styrofoam, then refrigerate for half an hour.
- Take the pops out of the fridge and use colored icing sugar or edible paint to add eyeball designs on each.
- Enjoy your creation.
