Description

Learn how to make spooky Monster Eyeball Cake Pops that are perfect for Halloween parties. Follow our simple recipe for a deliciously creepy treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cookie dough (480 ml)
  • 6 oz (170 g) melted chocolate (reserve 1 oz. or less for the cake pops skewers)
  • Colored icing sugar or liquid edible paint, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Form the cookie dough into 7-8 spherical shapes.
  2. Heat the chocolate until it melts.
  3. Dip the tip of a skewer into the liquid chocolate and push it into a dough sphere.
  4. Chill the spheres in the freezer for a quarter of an hour.
  5. Take the dough spheres out and cover them with the melted chocolate.
  6. To keep them upright, set them in a glass or a piece of dense Styrofoam, then refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Take the pops out of the fridge and use colored icing sugar or edible paint to add eyeball designs on each.
  8. Enjoy your creation.

Notes

  • Try using a variety of cookie dough flavors for a fun twist on your Monster Eyeball Cake Pops.
  • Chill the cake pops in the freezer before dipping in chocolate to prevent them from sliding off the skewers.
  • Get creative with decorating by personalizing each cake pop with different colored icing sugar or edible paint.
