A delicious quiche featuring a blend of cream cheese, diced ham, and cheddar, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ¼ tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 large eggs
- 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust, pre-baked
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using a frozen pie crust, ensure it’s thawed and pre-baked for 10 minutes. Let it cool before filling.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Layer the ham and cheese mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture over the filling, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
