Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring an even distribution throughout the batter.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the tin.
Notes
