Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring an even distribution throughout the batter.
  6. Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the tin.

Notes
