Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, and melted butter until you achieve a sticky mixture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and flatten them slightly for even baking.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Allow them to cool before serving.
Notes
For variation, you can add nuts or chocolate chips to the mixture. Chill the dough if it’s too sticky to handle.
