Description

A simple yet flavorful chicken recipe that transforms boneless skinless chicken breasts into a melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece with creamy mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and aromatic spices.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. If desired, sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake the chicken uncovered for 35–45 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
