Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- If desired, sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake the chicken uncovered for 35–45 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
