Description

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch for consistent cooking.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the surface of each chicken breast, making sure to cover them entirely.
  5. Arrange the chicken in your baking dish. If you like, sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top for an extra flavor boost.
