Description

A family favorite, these cheesy chicken crescent rolls combine melty cheese, tender chicken, and flaky pastry for a comforting dish that brings smiles.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end, and tuck the ends to secure.
  6. Arrange the filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
