Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in teriyaki sauce, broccoli, and bell pepper.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
  7. Divide into meal prep containers and store in the freezer for easy grab-and-go lunches.

Notes
