Ingredients
- – 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
- – 2 tbsp (30 ml) real maple syrup
- – 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- – 2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
- – 1 clove garlic
- – 1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) dried rosemary or fresh
- – 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 2.3 lbs. / 1 kg)
Instructions
- Warm up your oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, and soy sauce until well mixed. Finely chop the garlic and rosemary before adding them to the mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, ensuring they are close together without overlapping. Pour the mixture over them, making sure each thigh is fully coated.
- Cook the chicken in the hot oven for 45-50 minutes, until thoroughly done and the sauce is bubbling. Baste the thighs with some of the liquid, then return them to the oven and switch the setting to broil. Broil for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken tops are nicely browned. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning, as broiler strength can differ.
