Description

Delicious low carb cheesy garlic chicken wraps packed with flavor, featuring shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and a hint of garlic, all wrapped in low-carb tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or use rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 handful baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Warm tortillas for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave, covered with a damp paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper (add spinach if using). Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the four tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in the center of each.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice each wrap in half diagonally, and serve hot with extra chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a crispier texture, brush wraps with olive oil before cooking. Experiment with spices and add-ins like diced peppers or mushrooms for variations.
