Description

A healthy twist on a classic favorite, these low-calorie pizza rolls are simple to make and delicious, featuring turkey pepperoni and string cheese rolled in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 10 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Add 3 turkey pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Place half a string cheese stick on each tortilla.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Lightly spray with “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

For a crispier texture, avoid overloading the tortillas with sauce or cheese. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
