A healthy twist on a classic favorite, these low-calorie pizza rolls are simple to make and delicious, featuring turkey pepperoni and string cheese rolled in a tortilla.
Ingredients
- 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
- 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
- 10 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 15 slices turkey pepperoni
- “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
- Oregano, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each tortilla.
- Add 3 turkey pepperoni slices on top.
- Place half a string cheese stick on each tortilla.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray with “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes
For a crispier texture, avoid overloading the tortillas with sauce or cheese. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
