Description

A delicious and customizable loaded potato taco bowl featuring crispy potatoes, seasoned meat, and fresh toppings for a fun family meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them in olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until crispy.
