Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
- Add the cooked bacon, heavy cream, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
