Description

A comforting blend of classic cheeseburger flavors with creamy Alfredo sauce and crispy bacon, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese; mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve topped with crispy bacon and chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes

For a richer sauce, consider adding an extra tablespoon of butter when melting the cheese. Always taste your sauce before serving to ensure balanced flavors.
