Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese; mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with crispy bacon and chopped parsley, if desired.
