Description

A comforting dish that combines the rich flavors of a cheeseburger with the creamy satisfaction of Alfredo pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the beef and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet; toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

One tip is to save some pasta cooking water before draining to loosen the sauce if it becomes too thick. Customize your dish with favorite vegetables or spices.
