Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
- 4 oz yogurt (or an additional 4 oz of cream cheese or coconut cream)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (or a sugar-free alternative, like Stevia or Monk Fruit)
- 5 medium-sized fresh strawberries
- Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste for an added flavor boost
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese (or coconut cream) by placing it in a mixing bowl; ensure it’s softened for easy blending.
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into pieces to release their juices.
- Beat the cream cheese or coconut cream until smooth. Gradually mix in yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste until creamy.
- Transfer the mousse mixture into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
- Garnish with additional strawberry slices or a dollop of yogurt before serving.
