- 5 medium-sized fresh strawberries
- Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese (or Coconut Cream): Start by bringing your cream cheese to room temperature for a smooth mix.
- Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse, pat dry, hull, and slice the strawberries.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese (or coconut cream), yogurt, and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy; add vanilla bean paste if desired. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
