Ingredients

  • – 1 lb (450 g) salmon fillets
  • – 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil, melted
  • – 1/3 cup (75 ml) lemon juice
  • – 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried dill weed
  • – 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) garlic powder
  • – sea salt to taste
  • – freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary components. Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for preheating. Lightly coat a medium-sized baking dish with grease.
  2. Position the salmon fillets in the prepared dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the vegetable oil and lemon juice, then pour this mixture over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle the fish with dried dill weed, garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook until the salmon can be easily flaked apart with a fork, approximately 25 minutes.
  6. Serve and savor the dish!

Notes

  • Marinate salmon in vegetable oil, lemon juice, and seasonings for at least 30 minutes for a more intense flavor.
  • Adjust garlic powder and dill weed to taste preference.
