- – 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil, melted
- – 1/3 cup (75 ml) lemon juice
- – 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried dill weed
- – 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) garlic powder
- – sea salt to taste
- – freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Collect all necessary components. Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for preheating. Lightly coat a medium-sized baking dish with grease.
- Position the salmon fillets in the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the vegetable oil and lemon juice, then pour this mixture over the salmon.
- Sprinkle the fish with dried dill weed, garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
