Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (or ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 500 g lamb steaks
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, whole grain mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Place the lamb steaks in a Ziploc bag or an airtight glass container and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag tightly and massage the marinade into the meat.
- Let the lamb steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for optimal flavor. If marinating longer, add the lemon juice just before cooking.
- Cook the lamb steaks on a hot grill or skillet until they reach a medium-rare internal temperature of about 145°F.
Notes
Choose fresh, high-quality lamb for the best flavor. You can experiment with different herbs in the seasoning.
