Description

A comforting bowl of Korean beef noodles featuring tender beef, flavorful broth, and egg noodles, perfect for cozy family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (such as chuck or brisket), cut into thin slices
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the sliced beef, beef broth, onion, carrots, bell pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir to combine and cover.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. In the last hour of cooking, add the egg noodles to the slow cooker.
  5. Once cooked, serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For added heat, consider adding red pepper flakes or chili oil before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste.
